Implemented a quality system that met the requirements of 21 CFR Part 820 verified by Ethicon Inc. a Johnson-Johnson Company.

Quality representative supplying quali1y requirements to New Product Introduction Teams resulting in new products and processes meeting our customer requirements.

Managed Quality groups consisting of 15-23 inspectors, Documentation Control Specialist, Quality Analysis

Developed, initiated, and directed activities relating to quality standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation of product.

Developed, documented, and implemented ISO 9000 Quality Systems leading to two registered companies. One company with one facility consisting of 100 employees, 5 unique product lines, the other with two facilities consisting of 400 employees with 4 product lines.

Served as a consultant on the various tasks teams resulting in improving manufacturing processes, which increased process and product quality.

Developed, implemented, and managed the DEC Standard 072 database. This world wide database contained information on over 250 new products in various stages of development. Implementation of this system reduced the new product qualification time, avoided redundant testing, and aided in the identification of resources.

Developed worldwide repair manuals, repair project plans and cost estimates. Implemented cost effective repair programs. This resulted in standardized repair times, improved quality and reduced repair costs. (1980-1984)

Increased Customer Satisfaction from 72% to 96% resulting in reduction of warranty cost.

Increased a problem customer's shipping accuracy from 22% to 100% in two months.
