Job Description:

Inspecting plant and analyzing food samples (wheat and flour and their products, rice grains and its products, sweets, biscuits, chocolate, crisps, tahini, pickles, Juices, syrup, sugar, glucose, fructose, honey bees, alcohol products, tobacco, milk and dairy products, preservatives, tea, fish, meat, and oil) to ensure optimum quality is maintained

Conducting experiments and tests to identify the chemical composition and reactive properties of natural substances and processed materials

Conducting research to develop theories, techniques, and processes and testing the reliability of outcomes under different conditions

Testing food products for flavor, color, taste, texture, and nutritional content

Analyzing heavy metals in wheat grains and its products as lead and cadmium using the Atomic Absorption and ICP-MS devices

Preparing chemical process systems such as those used to remove and separate components, the effect of chemical changes, and controlling of storing and handling of solids, liquids, and gases

Travelling abroad to Russia, France, Romania, etc. on a regular basis examining wheat grains as part of the governmental delegation authorized for implementing the chemical analysis in the country of origin and a prior-to-loading stowage examination for the shipping vessel (chemical analysis) in SGS, Gafta,Control Union, Inspectorate, Cotecna, Timex Surveyors, Botrans laboratories applying the Egyptian and the ISO standards for the following:
