For the last twelve (12) years I have been a Commodity Manager at the University of California, Merced. My responsibilities have included: scientific equipment/supplies, chemicals, hazardous waste, moving/relocation, document management. I also was responsible for the procurement of resale items for the Book store and Dining Services, and trademark licensing. I also was the campus procurement card program manager which does approximately $2 million annually in purchases.

Previous to UC Merced I worked in production control for an automobile parts production facility.

I also have experience in procurement and contracting for an irrigation district where I worked on several transmission line and substation construction projects.
