Check the spot from the car front and rear side body during on before rework. Then recheck the after rework the car body. And visual check the other defect of dent, bent, and missing child parts during on before and after rework. to write the defect present in the travel card and report to the repair operators. And note the repeated defects. Write the rejection car details and inform the responsibility person. To follow the 5s method on working place. Never miss the quality defect parts.

Sample inspection carried out every 2 hours once (450 Nos per shift). Conform the first part inspection report start the production.
