Participated in the transition of the IBM mainframe workload from IBM to Morgan Stanley. Utilized various monitoring tools (Omegamon, Omegaview, Tivoli Enterprise Console, Focal Point) to monitor the infrastructure the z/OS LPARS, which includes CICS regions, MQ databases, Db2 databases, Storage, DASD.
