I currently work as a store manager at a dried fruit and nut franchise but am looking to further develop my sales and management skills. I am passionate about keeping up to date with the latest management skills coming on the market and dedicated to work in the retail industry. Work history

The job title is probably an exaggeration because I oversee two staff members and two casuals in two stores. Montagu is a dried fruit and nuts franchise. The stores are about 15m2 in size and the staff does almost everything. My Responsibilities:
Manage promotions for each store with minimum freedom. As a result one of the stores won awards highest score for reaching target in the region for 3 consecutive months.
Managing stock through stock inventory.
Attending company meetings and editing work schedules to ensure staff get fair hours of work and off days.
Creating platform for communication between store owner and staff to make stock deliveries and promos happen on time and are in line with franchise standards.

I worked as part of a dedicated team to promote the best customer service in town for the franchise. My job was primarily customer-focused, but also involved stock purchasing. Responsibilities:
