● Successfully prosecuted a 29 count Health Care Fraud case in the federal court (NDGA) valued at $1.2 million dollars.

● Negotiated and resolved complex fraud cases awarding restitution ranging from $25,000 to $1,200,000.

● Co-prosecuted hospice and elder abuse cases with civil teams ultimately reaching global resolutions.

● Managed a multidisciplinary team comprised of Investigators, Nurses, Analysts, and Auditors.

● Presented cases to Grand Juries in various counties across the State of Georgia.

● Prepared felony and misdemeanor criminal cases from start to disposition, including cases involving complex litigation issues such as child and expert testimonies, multiple defendants, and technical scientific evidence.

● Successfully secured a not guilty verdict in a malice murder trial where client was facing life without parole, sitting as first chair.

● Extensive courtroom experience including arraignments, probation revocations, oral and written motions, conducting voir dire, and all aspects of trial.

● Successfully negotiated plea agreements with opposing counsel in over 1000 misdemeanor cases.

● Regularly negotiated and argued preliminary hearings, VOPs, sentencing, and bond hearings.
