Info Security Analyst, Information Security Operations

Tested and evaluated Data Classification software for structured and unstructured data for an enterprise rollout for Anthem. Performed “Proof of Concept” testing and made recommendations based on results. This required working daily with Vendors. Compiling a proposal for testing and then once approved conduct hands-on evaluation of the applications to verify they meet mandatory business requirements to comply with company audits. All results were validated and presented to management for further consideration for implementation. All activities were completed in a “POC” environment, before approval and being moved into a small scale “pilot”. This was a contract position.

Systems Engineer

Empower LE4 Chromatography System Implementation Upgrade Project.

Testing of windows patches, application installations, automated registry changes and updates, deployment testing and scripting designed to work in multiple international environments for proprietary software used in Gas and Liquid Chromatography in laboratory environments. I used PowerShell daily in addition to TFS and developed custom scripts as part of this project.

Built and administered Development and Test Environments running on validated Windows 2008 Server and Windows 7 workstations. Installation, testing, and updates of Empower LE4 software in Windows 2008 Citrix server Environment. Procedures had to meet new standards within FDA and Lilly validation guidelines. Creation of scripts and custom documents to validate, document, enhance, replace, and install the new replacement environment.
