Participated in half month training course on" 210MW Power Plant Simulator" conducted by the NPTI, Western Region, Nagpur. This Simulator Training realistically emulates the behavior of the entire Unit Operation, various emergencies related to Boiler, Turbine and Generator.

Participated in one month of rotational on job training which is organized at thermal station - II (7x 210 MW) at neyveli (NLC india limited). EXPERIENCE IN THERMAL POWER PLANT:

JOB PROFILE:

Preparing Boiler for Hydro Test.

Handling of Boilers Its Auxiliaries in normal operation, tripping and Blockout.

Checking of boiler interlocks and mountings.

Performing maintenance works on fans,pumps,conveyors.

Knowledge Person on AFBC Boiler Cold and Hot Start up and Shutdown.

Maintain the operations of such equipment like Boiler,Pumps.

Regulate Dampers,Water Level in Boilers and fuel supply,Check Water Gauges,Steam Gauges to see that Sufficient steam is generated.

Make periodic inspection to see that all Equipment and controls are operating properly and all are in good in good Condition.

Maintain consumption and production records.

Report defects and recommend improvements,alterations and repairs.

Participated in annual shutdown works.
