Tenders /Contracts Dept.

Preparation all kind of tenders, semi tenders, Bidding and Pre -Qualification...

Checking the announcements of the tenders the semi- tenders, meetings, minutes of meetings from net (CAPT …)

Prepare the check list and send to the Project Manager in order to start his duties(select the in charge engineer

Attend meetings, seminars; obtain information for use in training programs or to

inform management of training program status.

Successful interact with customers and foreign vendors/suppliers/contractors;

People Management, including all HR related issues as well, as staff development.

Creating and implementing new administrative systems.

Preparing the price analysis for the tenders or semi tenders submitted.

Organizing induction programmers for new joiner.

Recording office expenditure and managing its budget.

Managing meetings.

Maintaining office equipment & arranging any repairs or replacements.

Ensuring that all health and safety policies are observed.

Reporting on office performance to directors and senior managers.

Ordering stationery, office equipment and furniture as required.

Keeping the submitted tenders semi tender in schedule and review when we know new updates changes closing(postponement ) date or amendments or whatever.

Inform the HR Depart. and Admin Depart of the licenses, agencies, agreements, ISO's certifications manpower certificate ... status ( to be renewed

Keeping price analysis and financial offers in file with reference.

Pay attention to all document (signed + stamped..) required to avoid the disqualification.

Inform the in charge engineer if they request (catalogs, sample, certificates from our suppliers) to be complied

- Schedule interviews.
