3. Offered the Mechanical items for customer inspection and coordination with the customer like SQAE (L) (Senior Quality Assurance and Establishment), QAE (N) Quality Assurance Establishment (Naval) and HVF (Heavy Vehicle Factory) for successful clearance of items.

4. Inspection of Surface treatment such as anodizing, plating (zinc plating, tin plating, nickel plating, chromium plating etc), painting as per IS 5:2007 and powder coating& assembly items by using jigs and fixtures for various defence projects, Inspection of sub assemblies and assembly at stage-wise and final clearance as per requirement. FINAL YEAR PROJECT:

Final year project done in the topic on “Analysis on effect of changes in bevel angles for butt Welding of pipes using FEM” at BHEL (Under Government of India) Trichy -620014. In March 2015.
