CFC - CFWC stands for Corporate Finance Work Center. It is a web based application used by Corporate Finance team to record and maintain their workflow and scheduling. The system enables users to schedule, record and update management meetings/rating committees against entities, create minute sheets, create content job for publishing reports/RACs/NRACs via DPC and upload documents to DMS. The system also provides a suite of management reports used for team performance management and reviews.
DPC - DPC stands for Document Publishing Centre. It is responsible for the workflow and submission of the press releases and research reports published by Fitch Ratings and Solutions.
Against both press releases and research reports exist workflows that must be completed in order for the content to be published. These workflows are carried out in parallel to each other.
When submitting RAC/NRACs the analyst would submit the initial Word document to the Press Team, and once the text has been agreed, it then gets approved by a business approver, and then finally it is published by the Press team.
When submitting research, the analyst submits the initial word document, then editors and formatters carry out their work, followed by publishers. Then business approvers will approve the work, and then finally the research team will publish the report.
DPC is responsible for RAC/NRACs & reports being disseminated onto the public website, and also the RAC/NRACs being sent via email to recipients as well as via FTP/SOAP to newswires.
