Plan, Forecast, Procure, Purchase, and Logistics support, Import Export, Budgeting, and Loss Prevention & Inventory Control. Carry out review and snap checks of all Warehouses. Make sure that all documents are maintained and material preserved as per the material management system.

All duties as above and in addition to that. Responsible for Operations, Administration and management of US Navy barge for over all operations including Logistics and material management having 250 officers and sailors including 35 skilled and technical hands.

Logistics Support, Purchase and procurement, Storing, Packaging,,Loading unloading, documentation and dispatching duly completing the required formalities following the principals of logistics including safe handling of the material and controlling losses.

Inventory Control & Material Planning using the American computerized item code system, Place logistic and material requirement as required Coordinate, and negotiate with transport contractors. Make sure the schedule is followed as planned and every operation is performed to the satisfaction.

Logistics, Manpower, Inventory control, Stock verification, Preservation of material, Proper storage, and Packing done as per specifications. Check for the quality and quantity as per the US standard following the instruction of the authority.

AS STORE PETTY OFFICER IN INDIAN NAVY 1980-1995: Being Logistic head my responsibility was to handle aviation, Safety Equipments, Tools, Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical and all other stores.
