Activities Include: Thoroughly Investigate the Contract Account of customer, Customer debt History & Customer's Payment who are withdrawing from British Gas Supplier and switching to other supplier in UK...

Working on Escalations to provide End to End resolutions on the customer accounts before leaving the British Gas Supplier using the Systems,

SAP: - Billing, Invoicing, Meter Removing, Creating objections for bad debt of the customer.

B-Smart (Oracle DB):- Updating the database with meter Installation/Removal information of the customer.

Market Flow: - Generation of correct flows for final bill to the customer on Electricity and Gas meters.

To ensure 100% Accurate Final bill sent to customer on correct final read to achieve Customer satisfaction while leaving the British Gas Supplier.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:-

B.Com Passed with higher 2nd class (55.66%) from Pune University in 2014.

H.S.C Passed with 2nd class (51.17%) from Pune Divisional Board in 2011.

S.S.C. Passed with higher 2nd class (56.46%) from Pune Divisional Board in 2009.
