07/2014 to Present
Analytics Client Architect IBM
Initially employed as a member of a channel focused ECM subject matter experts supporting a limited number of high value channel partners in the west region of North America. Within 18 months I was selected to become a full stack architect supporting and enabling delivery all of IBM’s on-premises and XaaS offerings; including BI, ILG, ECM, IM, FOPM, IBM Watson. I was a founding member of IBM’s “Wolf Pack” Enablement team creating and delivering technical and enablement training, consulting and solutioning workshops for channel partners and channel partner clients. Eventually my obligations grew to become the primary full-stack technical consultant to 5 of our 10 largest channel partners and all 4 IBM VADS.
10/2013 to 07/2014
Senior Manager Projects Cognizant Technology Solutions CTS engaged me to manage a team of capture developers and provide compelling new solution architectures to support US Bankcorp in Richfield, Minnesota. We devised and promoting new methods, models, taxonomic and data standards and improving business capabilities and procedures across a portfolio of applications; Oracle IAM, ECM, Datacap, RDM, IER, OmTool, BPM and bespoke commercial lending applications.
10/2010 to 10/2013
Principal Technical Architect IHS Markit - Englewood, CO IHS initially engaged my services to remediate a large investment the firm has made in an enterprise content and process management system that had not successfully used one year after the initial implementation. During the next few years that system was successfully repaired and processes enacted that resulted in several new enterprise applications addressing multiple business needs. I eventually became a member of the firm’s Data Governance Standards committee focused on improving data correctness, completeness, currency and consistency. 09/2004 to 10/2010
Senior Software Engineer H&R BLOCK - Kansas City, MO H&R Block engaged me initially under a contract to hire to turnaround a FileNet ECM deployment. It was found that they had implemented a base version without the necessary case management components and the contractor had no prior experience and lacked the expertise to deliver. After addressing these issues, the system was successfully expanded across the enterprise H&R Block Legal Matter Management, Electronic Records Discovery, Purchasing, Banking, Investment and Mortgage operations. 09/2003 to 08/2004
Associate Director Fujitsu Consulting - Iselin, NJ Fujitsu initially hired me as a consultant to assist them in pursuing an opportunity at what was then SBC, now AT&T. The competition failed to address a critical requirement, however we were able to successfully build and demonstrate a solution within the first week. This enabled the firm to close
$8,000,000 in services. After closing, I was retained to determine staffing needs, interview and turn over a functioning team to the program managers.
