I performed basic clerical duties such as typing memos, setting up for meetings, filing, copying documents and answering phones. I also made sure the employees on our contract had their yearly physicals as well as attend the mandatory safety meetings. I performed basic safety checks for the buildings our employees occupied, as well as creating a system and document for maintaining all the hazardous materials used by our employees.

I provided quality fitness instruction in a group class setting, as well as help individuals set and obtain personal goals. I helped market the facility by creating videos.
MANAGER SKYDIVE THE SOUTH APRIL 2017 - PRESENT
I run all operations including scheduling of pilots, instructors and plane maintenance, maintaining our social media accounts, verifying credentials of our jumpers and performing routine checks on all of our gear. I plan all of our main events and weekend activities. I created our Standard Operating Procedures, as well as the roles and responsibilities of each employee. I make the videos for our tandem jumps and I wrote all the content for our website. I perform inventory of concessions and skydiving gear, and place orders accordingly. I work closely with the Federal Aviation Administration and the United States Parachute Association, to ensure we comply with all the safety standards within the two organizations. I also ensure our instructors and jumpers comply with all safety standards in the sport of skydiving. This position requires a very “attention to detail” type of person, as we deal with people’s lives every day.
