More than teen years working in water resources engineering, with progressive experience in planning, analyzing and designing urban and rural hydraulic systems, including Low Impact Development (LID) measures).

Expertise applying the latest techniques in GIS data manipulation for managing water infrastructure projects, as well as assure compliance with the project schedule, control estimates and quality procedures

Strong analytical skills with expert knowledge in hydrologic and hydraulic computer modeling platforms, HEC-RAS, SWMHYMO and OTTHYMO; as well, working knowledge with 2-dimensional hydraulic modelling

Knowledge of legislation, policies, procedures and practices relevant to water management; including but not limited to Ministry of Transportation (MTO) Drainage and Hydrology requirements including Highway Drainage Design Standards and Gravity Pipe Design methodology, as well as RAQS qualification, and so on.

Proficiency in ArcGIS, Macrostation, Civil 3D, ESRI products, and related GIS platform software for water modeling: Info WORKS (WATER/SWMM/SEWER), Water/Sewer CAD, XPSWMM, Mike-urban, etc.

Able to lead and manage existing and new projects, cooperate with various internal and external clients on large projects to carry out business development and prepare proposals for new work

Strong proposal and technical writing skills, well organized, with the ability to multi-task and work on a number of projects concurrently; as well ability to manage capital projects from start to finish

Proficiency with Microsoft Office with the ability to prepare terms of reference, communication and reports; as well as experience in the preparation of writing proposals, cost estimates and tender packages

Ability to interact and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of the organization and to forge solid internal and external relationships.

Strong leadership, mentorship and communication skills are required
