ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Through immersion, taught myself the skills needed to troubleshoot and solve employee IT issues as part of a team (of mainly young men!) that handled a very high volume of calls to the Global Service Desk resulting in resolution or escalation of problems and employee’s ability to complete their daily assignments.
Identified steps for resolution of IT issues and shared with fellow Help Desk analysts resulting in decreased resolution time for employees and respect of fellow team members.
Effectively analyzed software licensing positions in renewal contracts along with input from vendors and company application owners to identify areas for saving resulting in over $300,000 annual savings on a single application and significant annual savings on other license renewals.
In a short period of time, acquired knowledge of legal department and TyMetrix system processes that resulted in my contributions to the Legal Operations team by QC of legal invoicing through TyMetrix and JDE E1 reporting.
Established and administered a procedure by which legal invoices processed through JDE E1 and not TyMetrix could be identified and rectified resulting in corrections to TyMetrix for accuracy in future auditing and adherence to company guidelines.
Administered invoice reporting and QC processes and analyzed resulting data which resulted in identification of invoices paid in duplication and $1,000s in savings as well as corrections to the company accounting in TyMetrix.
