Responsibilities for all three plants operations (UK, Hungary and Mexico), all working under QS9000 + each of our customers specific ‘add-ons’. Familiarity with all production, piece parts and quality system documentation requirements and methods.

Responsible for customer PPAP submissions, supplier PPAP coordination and project managing the multi-departmental APQP activities for a range of customers and suppliers for new and changing products.

Initiated the 6 month long gap analysis for TS16949 at the UK plant and project managed the corrective actions necessary to achieve TS16949 accreditation of which we received in Jan 2002
