●Ensure barcode labels correct with materials. Assembles case materials for forwarding to appropriate pathology department and prepares billing sheets as applicable.
●Quality reviews case for accuracy and completeness prior to releasing to messenger service for delivery to the pathology department. Deliver cases to the pathology departments, and to and from the laboratories and the pathology departments as needed using portable barcode tracking technology. Receives phone calls, determined the nature of the calls and directed callers to the appropriate department. fax/ copy, send and receive mail, Microsoft outlook and Microsoft word.
