E-Commerce system consists of web based applications exposed to internet and intranet. The applications exposed to internet are for client employees to enroll into group insurance, check their coverage, add/update beneficiaries, check the status of medical underwriting application, veterans self service site etc. E-Comm also has Employer based applications to help the client employers to check their bills, submit claims on behalf of employees etc.

Working as Senior QA Analyst for OSGLI web application as part OSGLI Web self service re-design. OSGLI (Office of the service member group life insurance) is self service site designed for veterans. The main business functionality of this web site is to enroll the user into OSGLI coverage and once the user is enrolled it will be used for various self service functionalities. This will avoid lot of paper work for the user and Prudential. The Telstra’s Payments Filtering project is part of the Transformation program whereby payments between the various payment channels and Flexcab will be directed to the new Kenan/BP payment system depending on whether the customer has been flagged to have been migrated or is Locked on the Flexcab system. Data Layout of the File Structure sent to Kenan B/P via BillPay is verified along with Standard naming format of Legacy to enable processing from FLEXCAB to Kenan BillPay Retail. Lockbox File format for different record types is checked. Payment files from Flexcab and Mica are passed to Kenan via the Telstra NT box.
