o In charge of aspects of the Refit program for the fleet of eight P37 Class Missile Patrol vessels operated by the Kuwaiti Navy.

oDuties and Responsibilities includes the following:

oPrepare Project Plan in accordance with the availability schedule for the refurbishment of P37 Class Patrol ships of the Kuwaiti Navy.

oProgram and execute the work, ensuring that ships are returned to service in accordance with the Kuwaiti navy’s operational commitments.

oMatch staff rotation, (6 weeks on – 2 weeks off), with the Project Plan to ensure sufficient resource availability.

oEnsure work is executed to the quality standards applicable.

oLiaise with the Refit Authority on the Work Package documentation, (technical reports, drawings, additional work, contractual changes, variation orders etc)

oLiaise with various suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and maintained and materials and equipment are available as per the Project Milestones.

oLiaise with various overseas companies for logistic support.
