AXON/TASER (OCT 2012-NOV 2017)

My primary responsibility at Taser as a manufacturing engineering lead technician of four product lines, was to provide a variety of technical support, first was to make sure all processes were being followed to ensure quality product and second to ensure all test stations and manufacturing equipment were operating correctly, repairing them if necessary, and third repairing failed product. Taser started a weekend shift for one year to meet its growing demand from customer, I was asked to supervise up to 50 associates, provide technical support, this entailed making sure all processes were being followed, also to ensure all test stations and manufacturing equipment were functional, and handling the logistics and personnel assigned to weekend shift. I was asked to do this on two separate occasions for a total of two years. General Dynamics/Motorola (SEPT 1982- FEB 2011)

o Senior Engineering Repair /Calibration Technician (2011 - 2002) Responsible for Troubleshooting and repairing of electronic and mechanical equipment to the component level. Ability to repair a wide variety of test equipment from meters to complex tests stations and processing equipment in a calibration lab and incoming parts inspection lab. Repair and calibration of commercial test equipment included: oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, DMM and many more types of equipment. Repair and calibration of incoming parts inspection equipment included: Fine and gross leak testers, Tektronix IC Testers, centrifuge, P.I.N.D. Testers and Wire bonders CMM machines. Performed on-site calibration and repair of complex test stations. Performed preventative maintenance on test stations and commercial test equipment.
