Cytogenetic and Karyotype analyses of ~ 3100 cases Genomics and proteomics Variants classification and analyses via different in silico tools and soft-wares Proteomics techniques- MALDI-TOF, LC-MS-MS, Gas Chromatography-MS, Plasma/Urine extraction for different protocols of Organic acid/Amino acid analysis via MS Chromatography, 1D and 2D-PAGE, whole gel electro-elution, multi-elution, Western blotting, affinity chromatography.
