Enterprise Holdings August 2017 – May 2018

My job title at Enterprise Holdings was License and Title Assistant. My job duties include but not limited to pulling titles, signing and notarizing titles, receiving titles and working closely with the different leads in my department and groups across the country and getting them their titles in an appropriate amount of time. My job duties also include data entry, assisting my supervisor in a pilot program for a new vault system and a group project, pulling keys, running the disposal report to know what titles and keys need to be pulled, signing vRide titles and restocking the vault.

Freebirds October 2014– July 2017

I worked at Freebirds as the general manager, assistant general manager, shift manager and a tribe member. As the general manager for Freebirds, I was able to read my profit and lost statements and understand the areas that needed to be corrected for the following period. My cost of goods sold was constantly under 30 percent and my labor was under the set goal. As well in my position as general manager, I conducted interviews and trained my current tribe members up to shift managers and possible assistant general manager candidates.

As the assistant general manager, I learned the basic handling on reading profit and lost statements, understandings cost of goods sold and managing labor.

As a shift manager, I learned the core values for as well as different managerial duties needed. I know how to open and close the store, I would take the bank bag and get the daily summary printed from RosNet. I would get the registers set up in the mornings as well as the restaurant.

As a tribe member, I learned the portion sizes for the different burritos as well as how to roll a burrito. I also gained experience on the register by working as cashier. As cashier, I learned how to count my drawer at the end of my shift.

Oklahoma State University January 2014 – May 2014

My internship was for the Department of Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering at Oklahoma State University. The BAE releases a newsletter each semester called the BAE Update. I completed the newsletter for spring 2014. I used my communication skills for interviewing, writing, designing and photography skills.

United States Department of Agriculture January 2011 – May 2014

I worked at the United States Department of Agriculture in the Agricultural Research Services building as a biological student aide. My main job was determining which strand of sorghum is green bug resistance. I extracted the DNA from the sorghum plants. I would run a polymerase chain reaction of the extracted DNA and specific primers. After the PCR is completed, I would test the results by running a gel to see which primers were polymorphic. I also worked in the greenhouse. I completed jobs that included, but not limited to, counting seeds, treating the seeds, weighing seeds and threshing.

Skills

I am proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and I know the basics of Microsoft Excel. I have experience with the Adobe software. I know how to use Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. I have experience in web design, photography and iMovie. I can read a P&L statement and manage COGS and labor.
