B&D Litho of Arizona, Inc., a subsidiary of Ennis, Inc. (NYSE “EBF”), 1993 – 2017. Ennis is one of the largest printing and apparel companies in the US; B&D Litho of Arizona is one of the largest specialty web offset printing companies in the Southwestern US.

General Manager (2007-2017); Executive Vice President (2002-2007), Vice President of Sales & Marketing (1993-2002).

-Achieved sales growth of over 300% for the AZ plant in first 10 years, growing it to $18MM revenue and staffing of 125 employees.

-Played key role in growing the company into 3 plants in 3 states while increasing total sales nearly 10-fold.

-Assumed full P&L responsibility when Ennis acquired company in 2007.

-Maintained operating profit margins in the 20% range.

-Developed several innovative products and production processes.

-Re-engineered workflow to increase employee efficiency, maximize resource utilization, and drive continuous improvement.

-Dramatically reduced inventory levels and increased inventory turnover.

-Developed tools to track KPIs to help identify opportunities for process improvement.

-Operated a highly secured facility with a focus on secure document production.

-Business process improvement through implementation of numerous lean manufacturing principles.
