• EW (Electronic Warfare) system test and de-bug. Sub-system circuit board test and creation of associated formal

released test procedures to satisfy contractual customer specifications.

• Test and repair of PCBs which were part of a handheld missile launcher emulator. Also suggested circuit redesign

of several PCBs. Created None Conformance Reports for failed or poorly functioning PCBs.

• Confirmation of system specifications as agreed upon by contract, and generation of corrective action


• Creation of customer system acceptance tests, and internal subsystem test procedures for customer acceptance

and delivery.

• Formalized laboratory resources management, space allocation, placement, kVA, and cooling BTU requirements for

systems scheduled for the pre-delivery test laboratory.

• An Excel spreadsheet was created for entry of all system parameters and which provided calculated laboratory

resource requirements in numeric and chart form, needed, system timelines, and variances

from OpenPlan scheduling.

• Created a Visio chart illustrating all lab space available. The chart contained all lab system racks, servers, work

tables, chairs, etc. which could be re-positioned to efficiently plan for system work area layout, and personnel working

room. This chart took consideration of safe evacuation of the lab in an emergency.
