Increased uptime from 86% to 94% by creating a preventive maintenance schedule and program
Renegotiated City of Phoenix contract. This allowed for closure of the University MRF and sent tons straight to the Phoenix West MRF. Positive financial impact of $3 per ton at 750 tons per week = $117,000 annually
