Maintain the leaves record like CL, SL, EL and OD.

Handling all Return like as LWF, Factory act, Minimum Wages, Bonus etc .

Handling Housekeeping, Canteen & Security Employee records.

Preparation of various Register like Muster Roll, leave Register, ESI Register, PF. Register, Accident Register, Adult Register, Advance Register, Over Time Register Etc.

Handling the Salary & OT Administration according to buyer requirement.

Maintain IATF(TS/ISO) Training record and handle the training monthly.

Maintain the factory for all time Social & Buyer compliance.

Handling Bonus record.

Handling the new recruitment at Executive Level.
