Following the Joint Venture between SKM and WorleyParsons, successfully rationalised supply base for the consultancy services in engineering design services for state-wide corporation covering 35 regional site locations; actively managed public tender invitations with initial six suppliers liaising with two providers – one of which had a joint venture between two of the existing suppliers resulting in ensuring significant savings on rates negotiated for the service – between 13% and 26% with an estimated expenditure of AUD 100M for 3 years. Balfour Beatty Management (Tristar Homes)

Across multiple site location, efficiently centralised overall procurement and logistics functions involving senior managers at each location from the outset of the strategy for the centralization of the roles and oversaw TUPE of staff.
