• To standardize work practices in sumo line of sealant application & also eliminate waste to meet tact time

• To reduce men, motion and material in the Ace assembly line.

• To eliminate the oil pump leakage in 800 cc DICOR engine.

•To determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.

• To look after the PPAP activities and to look after the successful implementation of the changes that have been brought about in the processes through control charts and other QC tools.

• To maintain the PPAP record and to update them according to the planned revision matrix.

• To perform red bin analysis monthly and to take countermeasures for the smooth and error free running of the production line.

• To work to meet the quality requirements and standards and to cater to the costumer complaints.

• To perform WHY WHY analysis, 5W1H analysis and other problem solving techniques as and when required.

•To create PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Layout, SPC, MSA as and when a new process or practice is included in the shop and meanwhile to provide proper training about that process.

Resolve quality issues of capability, tolerancing, and materials related issues.

Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources.

Develop and submit PPAP documents for new product launches to meet customer requirements.

Determine when process stability and capability studies should be performed on existing processes. Review and analyze results. Recommend changes to processes based upon findings and perform follow up to verify effectiveness.

Coordinate pre-launch production trial run process monitoring.

Participate in the development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

Maintain Control Plans and FMEA's throughout the life of the part.

Facilitate and promote use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action.

Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Toolroom to resolve customer complaints and concerns.

Lead PPM improvement plan for strategic customers.
