While infrared testing breaker panels found a very hot 300-amp breaker. Passed info on to the property manager and called an electrical contractor for repair, Saved a probable catastrophic failure of the electrical switchgear.

Previously, while doing equipment PM's found malfunctioning sewage lift station. Informed property manager then called for pump truck and repair service. This saved a probable sewage spill into storm drain, that could have cost thousands in EPA fines.

A bad steam leak in main line occurred during a production shift. Made emergency wire wrap repair of flange while under pressure. Saved unknown dollars in production time (product, wages, etc.).

Previously, worked as a welder and in shipping/receiving. This included carpentry, machine shop, welding, and field crew installation of microwave telecommunication systems. Used power tools, machine shop equipment, lathe and milling machine, electric welding machine, water-cooled Tig and Heli-arc, torch solder and brazing.
