Responsible for Recruitment across various divisions within the Group. The company has over 1800 employees and I was responsible for Recruitment which extended from JHB to CT, Durban and Africa
Responsibilities:
Dealing with Internal issues and escalating to the Director when out of my jurisdiction
Liaising with Divisional Directors with regards to job specifications
Updating Job Specs as requested
Advising Executives on the Specifications
Obtaining sign off and advertising positions internally and externally
