Commodity Manager – Houston, TX December 1993 - November 1997 Manager of $65 million in environmental contracts for all Shell Refining, Chemical, and Superfund locations, including waste disposal, environmental consulting services, fugitive emission monitoring and laboratory testing. o Negotiated over $1,400,000 in annual cost savings. o Spearheaded national waste alliance between Shell, Browning-Ferris Industries and Philip Services Corporation.

o Developed PC database for monitoring and tracking $180 million in environmental expenditures with contractors. (Received special recognition award.) o Served as member of Shell’s corporate Waste Management Team, which established Shell’s corporate policy on waste management and approval of waste sites.
