Worked in 3 different Departments, in Internal Medicine as a Medical Assistant, Receptionist, HR Assistant, and as an Insurance Receptionist Administrator.

The last Department I worked for was Medical Correspondence Medical Records Center.

It was a fast pace environment, answering phones a multi-line phone ten lines, a lot of Data Entry, took care of patient’s requests, claim forms, verified insurance and made sure we had current information in demographics area. Took Care of Authorizations, Referrals and Claims.
