Renovation of Al Nasseriyah Palace – The Royal Protocol – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. (Contract Value $50MM) Scope includes architectural and interior design based on client’s concept. Renovated exterior finishing, interior fit out works, furniture, fixtures, equipment, lighting works, mechanical works, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, audio visual equipment, security system, water features, and landscaping.

International Medical Center – International Medical Center – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. (Contract Value $58MM) 300-bed world class and multi-disciplinary hospital with Islamic Architecture using quality finishing works of Islamic crated stone cladding, wood roshans, and marble patterns. Provided experience on hospitals/healthcare projects with international quality standards.

Automated People Mover – Princess Noura Bint Abdulrahman University for Women – Ministry of Finance – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. (Contract Value $101MM) Construction of an elevated concrete guide-way and supply installation of track-work for the light rail system.

Improvement of Jamarat & Surrounding Area – Ministry of Municipalities & Rural Affairs – Mina, Saudi Arabia. (Contract Value $75MM) Four level segmental bridge with access ramps, service buildings and helipad towers. Designed for moving masses of pilgrims during the holy period of Hajj. Scope included lifting and erection of precast segments through movable lifting devices, prestressing, horizontal jacking, and geometry adjustment works.

The Headquarter Business Park – Adim Al Watania – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. (Contract Value $217MM) A 55-storey office and commercial building consisting of supporting facilities of shops and offices. Project intended to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Certification of Silver Rating.

Atturaif Development Project – Arriyadh Development Authority – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. (Contract Value $103MM) A restoration and conservation project of what was the original home of the Saudi Royal Family and the first capital of the Saudi Dynasty. Project is to preserve and develop according to Centre for Islamic Architectural Heritage. Success is dependent on project management, coordination, study, and research.

King Abdullah Economic City Business Park – EMAAR – Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. (Contract Value $162MM) Premier project comprising of five buildings above a two-storey car park where gardens tie in the project into a distinguished architectural unit. Scope is design and execution of Structural, Architectural, and Electromechanical works not to exceed two years. Building features contemporary features and high-quality finishing.

Haramain High Speed Rail Link – Airport East Interchange Bridges – Al Rajhi Alliance – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. (Contract Value $98MM) Project is road bridges constituting Airport East Interchange and Haramain High Speed Rail Links connecting the railway to airport stations. All decks for road and railway bridges are in prestressed concrete using post-tension techniques.

Jet Propulsion Center – Saudi Aerospace Engineering Industries – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. (Contract Value $116MM) Construction of the Jet Propulsion Center of an Engine Maintenance Auxiliary Power Unit facility located within King Abdul Aziz International. The building is reinforced concrete sub-structure and structural steel framing with external walls of precast concrete panels. The Facility consists of mezzanine flooring, a courtyard, and three-level administrative offices. Project includes utilities, ground paving, landscaping, guard houses, ground parking cover, retaining walls, perimeter fence, and gates.

Airport Housing Project – Enabling and Infrastructure Works – Ministry of Housing – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. (Contract Value $90MM) Project scope is enabling works, MEP utilities, road works, and landscaping.

Riyadh Metro – Arriyadh Development Authority – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. (Contract Value $7.82B) Large scale railway and station project and is the largest project in the history of construction. It is divided into three packages and composed of groups known in their fields of expertise.
