CAREER OBJECTIVE
I am a vibrant young lady seeking to work with any local or international company in Kuwait that will give me the opportunity to utilize and harness my potential in a multi-faceted way.
I have worked one and half years assisting administratively in both government and private companies in Ghana. I possess very valuable skills such as team building, good customer relationship.
With these notwithstanding, I avail myself to new opportunities in the field of work and to also learn new things.

During my four year degree program in French I have been able to build my confidence level in public speech with course like oral communication in French. I have also developed a good writing skill. I can translate texts from French to English and vice versa.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Administrative Assistant (June to December 2017)
Dovewell Company Limited (Facility Management)
Worked for six months with this company. As an administrative assistant I supervised the day to day activities and report directly to the CEO the day’s activities.
Prepared payment vouchers and present them monthly for auditing, after that I file them into the system.
Prepared letters to remind clients of their monthly payment for the services we provide to them.
Answer calls, re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
Health Records Clerk (September 2014 to December 2015)
Regional Health Directorate (Health Administration)
As a Record Clerk for the Health Administration, I kept an up to date record of all health workers in the database and periodically present workers file for review and filling.
Received and dispatched external correspondences.
Redirect calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
EXTRA- PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Member of iproject Africa, Ghana sector. I volunteer in social services to impact societies.
Visited selected Foster Homes in Ghana to socialize with the children in the homes and donate items to them.
Visited selected schools in the central region of Ghana to educate the adolescents on Sexuality and Reproductive health.
As a resourced personnel on that outreach, I educated school pupils on reproductive health and Career guidance.
Updated the group’s social media page with every activity that is undertaken.
NOTE: The gab in my professional work experience was used for the informal engagements as a social service volunteer, shop attendant. And baby sitter.
WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS ATTENDED
Participant in the “POWER-UP Leadership and Entrepreneur seminar” organized by the Students’ Representative Council, KNUST, on 1st February 2014, at faculty of Law auditorium.

Participant in the PEAP Consulting Services’ Corporate Training for Aspiring Young Professionals from 9th-16th November 2013 at Engineering guest house conference room, KNUST.
Topics treated were: personal branding, team work, corporate grooming etc.
