1) Project Name:- Citi -Salesforce Lightening Implementation

May 2017 – Till date, Senior Salesforce Developer IBM India Pvt. Ltd. India

Description

CPWM is a CRM application used by Citi to manage the accounts of their high net worth customers. Citi Private wealth management division of Citi bank uses this application to create a relationship with the clients, keep track of their wealth and to provide valuable services to the clients. The application is migrated from Salesforce classic to Salesforce Lightening.

Responsibilities

Working in Lightening salesforce environment, developed dynamic lightening components to extend the standard functionalities to create 360 view of Client data.

-Implementation involves, Flexi page configurations of layouts, Custom Lightening components, Custom Lightening App, Apex classes, Lightening framework Css classes, JavaScript, CustomMetaDeta to support dynamic approach of UI creation.

-Created 360 view of client records, Advisor can view all Retail and Brokerage accounts details in single page.
