Responsible for developing the work plan, risk analysis, standards and budget following strict PMI methods. Monitored work plan, issue and risk resolution as well and capital and operating budgets.

Project Manager for a patient accounting data conversion from Meditech to HealthQuest.

Project involved influence from a Cerner clinical implementation at the same time.

HealthQuest effort included implementation of PNC lockboxes and online pay modules.

Ensured interface integration, conversion and testing were well designed and executed.

Worked closely with the Cerner clinical team developed cutover methods and controls.

Developed SOW for other PNC banking modules including: Patient Self Scheduling, Online & Point of Service Bill Pay, Pre and On-Site Registration including demographic updates and check-in, Online forms completion w/electronic signature and associated process improvement.

Designed and supervised development of a “Roadmap” document for each department/service. This document outlined all the steps necessary to activate their department/service.
