Solved in-line production sealing problem for water leak for KL platform vehicle at Toledo OH

COSMA ENGINEERING – Design Engineer / Product Engineer – 11-2008 to 02-2011 / 04-2018 till present.

Designed, and released automotive systems like rear axles, front cradle, LCA, components of ladder frame, and some body parts like A-pillar, B-Pillar, Sill, roof bow, and front and rear crush cans using CATIA V5.

Held responsible in all aspects for the projects till the prototype build.

Worked with CAE analysis team to evaluate the design for bending, torsion and match boxing analysis of the full BIW.
