Welder. Welder in a production style environment where I used the mig process including both flux core and solid wire. Fluent in blueprint reading and all operations at Rice Lake in production area including plasma operation Oxy/fuel torch, carbon arc gouging, overhead and jib crane operation.
2016-2017 Homeland Vinyl Products
Lead Welder. Responsible for all welding in the plant and part of the maintenance team. I was also the sole operator of the plasma table. Welding included all processes including Stick, mig, and tig on various base metals including aluminum, stainless steel and mild steel. Job also included using an oxy/acetylene, plasma machine and various other power and hand tools.

Welder. Welder of specialized HY-80 base metal. Separate certifications in 1,2,3 and 4G positions using 100 tensile strength flus core and solid wire, used blueprints to weld parts to military standard and held within tight tolerances. Used Oxy/acetylene torches, plasma machine, other various hand and power tools. Job also consisted of 100% penetration welds where carbon arc gouging was used.
