West Bend writes business exclusively through the independent agent distribution channel, working with over 2, 500 agencies, and has over 16, 000 external system users.

West Bend's Personal Lines Strategic Profit Center writes a Home and Auto package policy in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. The personal lines product offerings also include personal umbrella and dwelling fire. Personal Lines business includes watercraft, recreational vehicle, motorcycle and antique/collectible offerings as well as scheduled property in the package policy offering.
