A. Since Feb, 2013 as QA / QC Manager cum MR with Atfah Packaging Pvt Ltd ( a subsidiary of Hi-tech Printing Services Pvt Ltd)., Mumbai, engaged in the manufacture of secondary packaging materials such as cartons, information leaflets (inserts and outserts) for reputed pharmaceutical clients in India and abroad. Job profile:

1) Handling customer complaints by taking corrective actions to avoid same repetitive complaints in the future, visiting customer’s plants if necessary and also communicating with domestic as well as overseas customers to sort out complaints. 2) Represent the company during audits from various pharmaceutical clients and implement audit requirements.

(a reputed ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and ISO 18000 Certified MNC organisation, engaged in the manufacturing of reenforced Glass Fibre for reputed customers in india and abroad.) Job profile:

1) Inspection of physical parameters of single and multiend glass fibre roving products. 2) Operation of Tensile Test Bench for evaluating unwinding and pullout tension of single end rovings.

3) New Product development & product improvement trials in coordination with TSO & CI.

4) Conducting special LPA Audits for S.O.P compliance on the shop floor. 5) Filing QNM Reports & CAPA.
