Project - Electronic Funds Transfer Reconciliation

Responsibilities:

●Conducted requirements analysis, documented detailed requirement specifications for the reconciliation platform including data flow models while liaising with clients including geographically dispersed stakeholders.

●Identified gaps in the current reconciliation solution and recommended alternative solutions to meet the business needs.

●Elicited requirements, facilitated requirements reviews, workshops, presentations, and demos to validate the requirements and obtain sign off from key project stakeholders.

●Responsible for assessing, reporting and making recommendations to mitigate risks with the existing reconciliation process, saving the company an average of $25,000.
