Working in a prestigious organization by learning crude oil refinery process. Heavy Crude Oil Unit:-

1. Line tracing of basic distillation process, its fractions including Naphtha, Kerosene, HSD, LDO, FFO, JBO, WashOil, Slop Oil, MTT, DFO, LPG, LP gas, HP gas and their Pump arounds.

2. Desalting process, its principle and constuction, Percentage of salts and its classification as impurity 3. Utilities as Fuel gas, Fuel oil, Cws, Cwr, 10s, 3s, Demulsifier, Filmer, Neutralizer, Instumentation Air, Plant Air, Nitrogen Gas, Process Water, Plant Water, Portable Water.

4. Instrumentation and process control of crude, its products, pumparound and utilities. 5. Startup and Shutdown of Heavy crude unit according to SOP given by ARL 6. Troubleshooting of heat exchangers by hydrotesting, heaters soot blowing and purging of fuel gas and fuel oil line by snuffing steam

7. Pump, Desalter, fin cooler and Compresser operations 8. Emergency troubleshooting of Instrument Air, Power Failure, Fuel gas & Fuel Oil, Saturated & Super Saturated Steam. Hydrogen Production Unit:-

1. line tracing of hydrogen production from Naptha, Steam Generation System, Boiler Feed Water, Pressure Swing Adsorption. 2. Reforming process, its principles and parameters of catalyst. 3. Instrumentation and process control of Hydrogen, Steam, BFW and utilities. 4. Startup and Shutdown of Hydrogen unit according to SOP given by ARL. 5. Troubleshooting of heat exchangers by hydrotesting and Purging of PSA, Prereformer, Reformer, Compressor and tail gas line by Nitrogen And Steam.

6. Pump, Reformer, Hydrotreater, Desulphurizer, Shift Converter and Pressure Swing Adsorbtion. 7. Emergency troubleshooting of Tail gas, Power Failure, Refinery gas & Naphtha Fuel, Catalyst Posioning & h2s release hazard. Internship
