Once all information was gathered, it was input into FirstMed’s Electronic Health Record. It is extremely important that all information is gathered and entered correctly to facilitate quick reimbursement from insurances.

COMMUNICATION

I served a 18 month mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Six of those eighteen months were spent at a visitor center. My responsibilities at this location was to approach people that came in and answer any questions they may have. I learned to have confidence in my abilities and knowledge. In addition to my time spent at the visitor center I was able to communicate with a lot of different people. Striving to help them learn and grow. During that time I learned how to communicate with co-workers as well as those that we were meeting. I learned to respect my supervisors. How to listen to them and utilize their feedback of my performance. I know how to take constructive criticism and how to give it without hurting someone’s feelings.

I also to a CE Communications class in High School and learned how much body language tells others. I strive to be honest in both aspects and show that I am interested in what that person is saying.

LEADERSHIP

As I served my mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints I was able to fulfill many roles. During that time, I worked with many other members of the church. Learning to guide and directed them in a positive way. I also strived to help them realize things they should let go of or not worry about.

There were times I worked with other missionaries and helped them grow and improve.
