Sergeant- Documenting the sites situations through report writing. Respond to high crisis situations. Make citizen’s arrest on Brigham and Women’s property and respond to alarm locations. Schedule staff and assign staff to post; also delegating certain individuals to perform specific tasks.
Security Specialist- Responsible for providing a safe and secure environment within my sites location, doing so by conducting foot patrols and access control. Respond to high crisis situations as well as patient restraints.
Dispatcher- Responsible for receiving all information for the Brigham and Women’s
Hospital, maintaining inventory of all security equipment on a daily basis, assigning calls to the appropriate officers and ensuring proper alarm response. Duties also include the daily monitoring of CCTV footage of the hospital’s activities.
