EXPERIENCE

MARCH 2013 – APRIL 2018

I.T., & FACILITIES MANAGER, West coast ultrasound institute

Primarily responsible for all 120 computers, & the entire network infrastructure spanning 23,545 square feet. Providing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, as well as rebuilding non-functional machines. Assistance to end users was handled via ticketing system, & remote desktop if necessary. Secondary functions included small building maintenance task when necessary.

JANUARY 2011 – APRIL 2012

JR. SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR, westwood college

Responsible for providing basic end user support such as lack of network connectivity, or malware infections. Additionally, deploying new network hardware when necessary. Lastly, also responsible for building, maintaining, & deploying images for all desktops to be re-imaged between school term breaks.

Maintained a 3.8 GPA on average. Relevant coursework included learning how to deploy & manage an Active Directory. Creating an entire Local Area Network from scratch with school supplied hardware.
