Objectives
My goal as an Event Coordinator is to ensure that the client is completely satisfied. Making sure that the customer understands that we are there for them, by assisting them in creating a unique and unforgettable day beyond their imagination. Fullfilling our image as a stress free one-stop shop.
Experience
I have coordinated four (4) weddings, one (1) 50th Birthday Celebration, one (1) Baby Shower, one (1) 25th Wedding Anniversary event and numerous family events. One of my weddings was a destination, Eco-friendly wedding. The bride needed help with the timeline, hotel accommodations for her guest, RSVP's, a place to purchase
Eco-friendly invitations, flowers, decorations, and wedding party clothing ideas.
The second wedding was a beautiful church wedding with the reception off campus. This bride and groom wanted a consultant from the beginning to the end. Both Groom and Parents of Bride and Groom were happy with the event.
The 50th Birthday Celebration was held in a prestigious venue. Working closely with the Venue Coordinator the honoree needed me to ensure that everything was setup to his specifications.
