Timekeeping
Acts as team leader for the timekeeping section
Determines and uploads payroll cut off dates
Prepares and submits the Officers’ Attendance
Computes total hours worked by employees
and forwards the same to General Accounting
section
Ensures that all employees received their time
sheets through coordination with his/her
Supervisor
Verifies with the employees’ supervisor the
validity of the time logs in case of corrections
Registers the newly hired employee to iFace
device and make sure that each employee has
face template and to be assigned to the
designated iFace terminals based on their
department.
Uploads holidays every month in the timekeeping
system
Monitors the list of all employees deployed and list of all separated employees and uploads the manpower
listing
Prepares employment certificate
Monitors the flow of employment clearance form (ECF) from all departments’ concerned
Checks the availability of the inactive employees’ final pay
Schedules the releasing of final pay
Ensures that the Release and Quitclaim form is properly filled-up prior to release of the final pay
Checks the computation of the service provides’ billing statement and submit the same to General Accounting after checking
Coordinates with service providers’ representative for items that need verification form their billing statement
Prepares monthly accomplishment report
Ensures orderliness of timekeeping records
Accommodates employee’s concerns related to
timekeeping
Conducts timekeeping orientation
Reports quality and food safety issues to immediate superior or to any member of Food Safety Team in the absence of the former
